Return & Refund Policy

At SLAB LAB, all sales are final. Due to the nature of trading cards, collectibles, graded cards, and sealed products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at slablabtradingco@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We’ll review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Trading cards
  • Graded cards
  • Sealed products
  • Mystery products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Limited edition or exclusive items
  • Any opened products

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure all order details are correct before purchasing.

Refunds

Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

  • An item is confirmed to be significantly damaged upon arrival
  • The incorrect item was sent and stock is unavailable for replacement
  • An order cannot be fulfilled by us

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
