Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During high-volume periods, new releases, sales, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once orders have been dispatched.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide and may offer international shipping to selected countries.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or charges imposed by their country.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted shipping providers including Australia Post and other courier services depending on the size, value, and destination of the order.
Shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays may occur due to:

SLAB LAB is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure delivery can be accepted safely.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
SLAB LAB is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

photos of the packaging,

and photos of the damaged item(s).
While we will assist where possible, SLAB LAB is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Signature on Delivery
For higher-value orders, SLAB LAB may require signature on delivery for security purposes.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship once stock becomes available.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
Release dates for pre-order products are subject to change by suppliers or manufacturers.
